[Noblegarden] Noblegarden doesn't seem active in case of tmogs

Bug description: In collections tab Noblegarden items appear as not able to use in transmog because event is inactive. Actually it should be active.

Confirmed.

Cannot transmog Noblegarden items as it states event is inactive.

Normality is a paved road: It's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it.
