Not working Stormstrike debuff

Hi!
The debuff from Stormstrike, which should increase the nature dmg caused by shaman, does absolutely nothing. I've tried it with lightning bolt and earth shock with the debuff and without it and it does aproximatelly same dmg. Please fix it, it's a pain.

Storm Strike
Debuff doesn't increase dmg done by nature spells...
