Old Dungeons/Raids

I started soloing old Dungeons for transmogs. Some of them seem to be working - Gnomregan, Ragefire Chasm, Hellfire Citadel etc.... Some of them seem not to be working - Halls of reflection, Mogu'shan palace etc. And some of them you can't even enter like Siege of Orgrimar....
Is it possible to make a list of all playable old dungeons and raids so we don't waste time trying them one by one?

There is a list of the dungeons/ raids from Legacy content that aren't working properly reported here and here. If you find anything else that doesn't seem to work, feel free to make a report in the Pre-Legion PvE section.
