Details: Purchased the - Full PvE character (best PvE items + enchants + gems + glyphs) (Heroic Thunderforged, ilvl 535-541) package, and upon arrival of my items I did not receive enchants, gems, or glyphs. I was told they had been delivered by the confirmation page on the Shop page but nothing in my mailbox.
