Bug description: Using quest item "Fumper" (ID 31825) doesn't spawn any monsters. Quest states to kill a clefthoof and then use Fumper to summon a monster. Monster "Hai'shulud" (ID 22038) should be spawned (and I'm assuming the clefthoof body should be consumed).
