[PVP] Dalaran arena does not push you from the starting area

Bug description: In the dalaran arena, you should get pushed out of the starting tubes when the countdown ends (or shortly after that), currently it does not push you and and you can now just stand there not being able to be targetted.
This was just a skrimish, dont know if the same stuff happens in rated.
