Bug description: avenger crusader holy paladin honor talent (mélé wings just buged it used 2 work fine . cd recovery of judjment and crusader strike is not reduced by 50% anymore i dont know what hapened

Tested and confirmed, the talent does not reduce cooldown recovery at all.
This talent gives holy pala in pvp the biggest powerspike, strange how it randomly got bugged now.

Proof:
No wings, Crusader Strike 3.9s

Wings active, Crusader Strike 3.9s

I also tested it in case tooltip is bugged, there is no difference in cooldown at all.
