[DUPLICATE] [Paladin][Protection] Avenger's Shield silence

Bug description: Avenger's Shield silence makes from NPC spell cast instant spell cast which ignores silence.
Proof: On freakz it can be easily tested in Arcway on following NPCs:

Confirmed.

I think this is not a bug concerning avenger shield itself, many other abilities cause this too and i opened a topic regarding this bug here:

For example if you stun or use silence from arcane torrent as bloodelf you can encounter this instant casting from trash.
