[Paladin][Protection]Healing till dampening 55 %

Bug description: It's just not normal for a paladin protection to heal and protect his partener till 55 % dampening and outheal healers.
That was a win for the enemy team but they have more wins in 60-70 dampening vs other dps-healer comp .

I cant find something wrong with it yet , but its a strange and a big unbalance .
I created this post for more people to notice this problem and maybe come with pros and cons

im probably the prot pally who pissed u off, and there is reasone behind that which is prot pally himself, healing is not bugged its how it is in 7.1 and thats why they nerfed it in 7.2. the light of protector itself heals u for 30% of missing heal right? but with trait it heals 18 % more and while u stand in your concecration it heals 20% more and with avenging wrath it heals 35% more and each time you use your shield of righteous it's cd reduced by 3 sec. its op thats what its and its the same in retail dude just learn the machincs plz

this is even without considering all his protective abilities such such blessing which also heal with honor talent , and the honor talent which reduces the cooldown of blessings massivly in conjucntion with Traits , yeah prot can his partner as pretty hard as holy whille his partner is fury with big base HP becasue prot heals based on percentage

and you dont have the best talent for protection healing which is the judgment one that gives u less cd on shield of righetous resulting in lower cd on healing ....,, you cant heal for shit wtih your talent, you also havent brought blessings talent in your pvp

No , you are not even close and i played against you , was a fast arena , the paladin from photos was vs who i lose .
You dont get the real problem here , you can heal ur partener and keep him 100 % HP vs another dps and healer in 60 % dampening that is imposible for healers .
And plz dont learn me mechanics when you are defending tanks on 2s arenas , i give up searching for prot problems because i dont have the class to test it .
Let's dont make a conflict from this and try to see how it should be , help me do some tests on dampening with your heals , i know some classes on ptr had that problem and the dampening didnt apply on some spells , lets see ur tooltip and tell us ur multipliers for heals to see if there is a problem or not , maybe we find a general problem that affects other tanks positive or negative.
If you dont want to help i dont see ur reason why you keep posting in this section .
I can show you 5 more people including me defending their own class but in final resulting on big difference on their classes .

Unfortunately it is what it is, the only way is to find proof for the issue if there is any.

I will move this to general discussion and let you guys discuss it there.

i know your frustration but this is how it is and you cant change it by posting random bugs and crying dude, just watch arenas of prot pallies or guardian druids on youtube for 7.1.5 then you see how op tanks are on this patch in arenas
i dont understand what you want server to do , remove pvp talent of druid and paladin that gives them 25% more damage on target or do you want them to remove or nerf my healing which gets nerf in 7.2 by wide margin itself, i really dont know what you want

look im not saying anything except that tanks in 7.1.5 were like this and they get their well deserved nerf on 7.2 and make t hem less 2v2 material still viable in 3v3 but people try to bring those nerfs from 7.2 to freakz 7.1.5 which is unacceptabe to me if you think about it the reasone we win dampening is that we take so much less damage and we have strong heals like druid guardian master shapeshifter talent or paladin hand of the protector which has some multipliers such as concecration and avenging wrath and it's cd is reduced by 3 sec every time i use my shield of righteous and BTW most people we beat in arena they have no idea about kiting or how tank spell actually work, they can counter us ez
for example its 40% dampening i use my burst and my 2 reflects are on and frost dk keeps attacking me and he dies
the pvp knowledge is limited here and when you dont understand something u think its wrong

after all we are playing on privat server.
as for the guy who is angry at me and kept whispering me i already told him that im a noob who doesnt know anything about pvp and is abusing tanks just to get attention because im an attention whore i dont know what else he wants
and if you want classes in pvp go as low as your understanding of them there will be no pvp
