[Paladin][Protection][Talent] Shield of virtue vs calming waters

Bug description: Protection Paladin take shield of virtue talent and interrupt the restoration shaman cast while shaman taken calming waters talent , shaman get silenced and interrupt but calming water wont process.

Calming water:
After being interrupted while casting a spell, the duration of silence and interrupt effects is reduced by 70% for 20 seconds.

Proof: just take this talent and start to cast vs protection paladin with shield of virtue

Confirmed.
Tested it vs priest https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=221661 cuz it's same mechanic and Avenger's Shield doesn't procc the talent at all.
It doesn't matter if i use shield of virtue or not the Avenger's Shield simply won't procc it (ez to compare by using Rebuke)
