You mean DP have bad proc on freakz? All spells active DP proc i dont know wat u want.

On retail it procs if you use one of the spells that make him proc with a Divine Purpose proc. I mean that you can do even 4-5 templars in a row, that was my maximum on retail. INQ - PURPOSE - TEMPLAR - PURPOSE - TEMPLAR - PURPOSE - TEMPLAR - TEMPLAR, this is the pattern.
If you look at the video that I've made on retail, on 0.15 Divine Purpose procs I use TV and then another Divine Purpose procs, then at 1.00 Divine Purpose procs I use TV and another one procs.

What he is trying to say that divine purpose doens't proc from another divine purpose, and this pattern aplies just for templar verdict and inquistion because they are the only ones that consumes hp.

Thanks for explaining it better, but you are wrong with one thing, it does not apply just to tv and inq, it applies to everything, but when it procs again when you don't use something that consumes HP you won't benefit from it.
