Bug description: Symbiosis (wrath) cast time is 2 sec whatever hast you have.

Speed cast time hasnt only the problem with wrath at pally http://imgur.com/a/uSswf
In arena sometimes i cast Symb cyclone 2 sec and no, DK didnt place necrotic strike on me -
