Bug description: So ... it's a very simple bug, npc Milau is spawning under the texture, so it's not possible to kill it or complete the quest. And he has the highest drop chance rate of skyshard, so you can check that out?

Hello.

Just went to check on this npc and its in the correct location this is probably a one time issue try after a server restart/crash.
