[Pandaria][Valley of the Four Winds] Cleaning House

Bug description: During the quest, you are supposed to be teleported inside the Stormstout brewery with Li-Li (as seen in the video below). That doesn't work. There is a "fixed" opening to enter the brewery, but this way you can only reach the level where Jooga sits. Also, there is no Li-Li to spawn the NPCs and teleport you around.

Confirmed, I couldn't even enter 'fixed' opening to brewery.
