Bug description: The script doesn't play out, and you cannot complete the quest. He curiously does give the quests for Ken-Ken and Kang Bramblestaff without having completed this quest too, which should not be possible.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/ENyUA + 0 player completed this.

Blocks a somewhat big chain in the Valley.
