Bug description: Path of the Titans trinkets are not possible to upgrade using Pantheon's Blessing. (Probably trinket's bug,)
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/lY3LhTe - there is "The item is not a valid target" warning.
https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Pantheon%27s_Blessing - You can see in patch changes that pantheon's blessing should be still usable before 9.0 patch.
