Payment issue

HI, i just bought via paysafe a title+ground mount which is 12.3 dollars. payment accepted on website. when i logged ingame, bought the title, than navigated to the mount section to buy the mount. it said i needed 7.3 dollars, but in my account wallet i had 7.29 dollars. so i could not finish the transaction in game even if the website accepted it.
