Bug description: The item supposed to drop with around 1,6 % chance from Rare NPC Skikx'traz (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=162140&&name=skikx-traz). currently Freakz database show 0.05% chance (!)
Proof:droprate on wowhead database https://www.wowhead.com/item=174476/black-chitinous-plate#dropped-by
