I've recently rolled a BM hunter and have recently hit level 105. What I am noticing suddenly is that my pet(s) are no longer holding aggro WHATSOEVER. I can let them beat on a mob, get 2 growls in, and as soon as I take ONE shot, I instantly gain aggro and the mob comes right for me, even if it's just a plain old auto-shot. Also, my gear is still quite crummy since many of the gear-related level 100 quests appear to be bugged, so I end up getting annihillated by aggressive mobs very quickly, whereas up until level 100 I had zero deaths. (now I have dozens)

Also, I've noticed that my pet's aggro-range is HUGE compared to my own. With no pets, I can stand safely with mobs 10 or 15 yards away, then as soon as I call my pet, BAM, every mob nearby comes around.

Am I the only one experiencing this? Is it level-related, and I can expect it to "fix itself" at level 110?

Ah, good suggestion! My problem turned out to be short-lived. Once I gained a couple more levels, my pets seemed to scale upwards and are now able to hold aggro. I suspect I was right on a "bubble" where my pets were not scaling properly, but it got sorted out. thanks.
