[Plants] Harvesting

Bug description:

Edit(gonna need to be more explicit): When you want to plant any kids of seed in The Sungsong Ranch the plant appears instantly grown but when you try to harvest them you either talk to the plant or do an useless harvest time becouse you get nothing.
The only plant that works correctly is the https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=89329&&name=striped-melon-seeds which gives you https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=74848&&name=striped-melon.

The others:

- https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=89328&&name=jade-squash-seeds (for this one the plant does not appear)

Got to test a few weeks ago and some of the plants are now working(not all but some do.also when i checked there was a issue that if the plant was planted a while ago can't be looted and you speak with the plants again)
Can't make a test atm since i won't be at home for a few days.
Any updates on this?

Funny thing i found recently.
Apparently you can harvest some of them only if you have the work orders from the cart.
The ones that can be collected only with the work order are:
-White turnips
-Juicycruch carrots
-Mogu pumpkins
