Player whit multiple talents?

Today I see a rogue with multiple talents(he have talent from assination Elaborate Planning and Alacrity whitout point in that talent )how is this possible, I think that for this exploit someone has more damage than others , maybe he have more pasive talents
How is this possible ?
it is impossible not to realize that you have multiple talents, he is prestige 6, if he can do it with 1 character he can do it with others. I think they would have to reset everyone's talents, since it wouldn't be the only one, I think that's why some rogues kill you in 2 seconds

This happens because of a legendary that adds another talent to you. If anybody abuses it in PvP (not wPvP though) feel free to screenshot it and report it on our forums, and we'll take measures accordingly.
