Please help me! - Can't play the game

Hi all, I need someone's help, I've been playing the game for a few months, I had to erase the folder and extract the .rar again, but now I doesn't do anything. I won't open no matter what I do, I tried downloading just the launcher, I tried deleting the wtf folder, I tried removing the "read only" option on the entire folder (which didn't work because after I clicked "apply" and "ok" it reversed back to the "read only"). Don't know what else to do, keep in mind that I was playing until a few days ago, I haven't changed anything in my pc at all.

If you erased the Data folder, then you have to wait few minutes after opening the game until the launcher downloads the required files for the start.

It doesn't matter if the read only reverts after applying the changes, just do it once.
