Druid should keep the current health bonus gained through Might of Ursoc when the spell effect end.

1) At 2:48 before to active MoU druid has 293k/509k HP ( so 57% HP). After 1 second he lost MoU by going into cat form and goes from 571k/847k (so 67% HP) to 434k/509k ( so 85% HP). As you can see within 1 second he gained HPs:
Before MoU= 293k HP, after MoU=434k

2) At 03:54 he has 132k/509k (so 25% HP) and in less than half a second he active and lost MoU and as result he has 234/509k ( so 45% HP), again he gained HPs
Before MoU= 132k HP, After MoU= 234k HP

at 1:32 druid has around 30% HP, he active MoU and goes to 50% HP, he immediately lost MoU and you can see ( after half second delay) his health is increased to around 70%.
So before using MoU he was in danger and when MoU ends he has more than half HPs
