On a restoration shaman it depends on how much health does my target have:
low hp(<30%): i will use a burst combo with natures swiftness
low hp(<50%): I will use a healing surge then riptide then Greater Healing Wave
Moderate hp(>80%): Riptide and healing wave
AOE Healing: Healing Rain then riptide the lowest then chain heal until healing rain is off cd.

Fire mage: keep up living bomb and critical mass on the target,
use a pyro on hot streak(or hardcast in case combust is needed)
once the pyro crits, use combust
spread it and other dots with impact proc, gain it with flame strike or fire blast
prepot, mirrors, flame orb....
filler is fireball...

Which was your previous guild, and why you left? (If more then one list them all): Umm you folks probably know what happened to Ejusdem Generis... So after that a few of us made a pointless guild called The Requiem, which is currently active, but I'm not sure if that's the proper term to use. I'm leaving with a lot of reasons, but mostly because of questionable guild leadership and inactivity. I'm honestly feeling bad leaving all my friends and co-players there but there is a point where you can't take it anymore.

Well yes, It's nothing fascinating but it's countless raid finder clears and normal modes because I did not have the time to commit enough for any sort of serious raiding. As resto/enha shaman that is.
