Prajitura cu Branza de Vaci

ngrediente:
Blat:
325 g faina
1 praf de copt
1 lingura cacao
2 oua
1 praf de sare
150 ml ulei
200 g zahar
200 ml lapte
Umplutura:
600 g branza de vaci, scursa bine
100 g zahar
3 oua
1 lingura extract de vanilie
esenta de rom, dupa gust
50 g stafide
coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie
Pentru servit:
zahar pudra / zahar praf vanilat, dupa preferinta
Preparare:
Blat
Cerneti impreuna faina cu praful de copt si cacao. Lasati in asteptare.
Separat, bateti albusurile cu un praf de sare pana se intaresc, apoi adaugati pe rand zaharul si continuati sa mixati pana la consistenta de spuma tare si lucioasa.

Adaugati, intai galbenusurile, apoi uleiul in fir subtire, mixand continuu.
Puneti alternand 2-3 linguri din amestecul cu faina, apoi o parte din lapte si bateti in continuare pana la incorporarea intregii cantitati de faina si lapte.
Turnati intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt (25x35cm).

Umplutura
Amestecati prin mixare branza de vaci cu zaharul, ouale si aromele.
Inglobati stafidele si coaja rasa de lamaie.
Puneti in tava, din loc in loc, cate 1 lingura din umplutura.

Dati la cuptorul preincalzit, pentru cca 35- 45 min, la 180 grade sau pana ce prajitura este coapta (trece testul cu scobitoarea).

Scoateti pe un gratar si lasati sa se racesca in tava.

Serviti portionata, pudrata cu zahar praf.
