Trail of Light

Bug description:
Trail of Light's heal only heals the previously healed target only once. The heal from Trail of Light should continue (heal more than once) to heal the previously healed target.

Skull target only received the Trail of Light heal from the first Flash Heal on target square and not the 2nd or 3rd Flash Heal (see combat text + Mastery buff).

2. Flash Heals target 2 (warrior), Target 1 gets healed from Trail of Light
3. Flash Heals same target (2) again, Target 1 gets healed from Trail of Light again

Check combat text + mastery buff being reapplied.

You say heal more than once but don't specify how the spell should actually work, what does "heal more than once mean"? Twice? For 10 seconds after the target recieves flask heal?

Also I checked the video at the timestamp you linked and it's difficult to know if the numbers that pop up on top of the rogue are from the Trail of Light effect or if they're just mastery tick heals.

It's what the tool-tip says.

Cast sequence example:
*FH = Flash Heal
*ToL = Trail of Light

FH Target 1 > Target 1 healed
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, Target 1 healed via ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, Target 1 healed via ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, Target 1 healed via ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, Target 1 healed via ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, Target 1 healed via ToL

Etc.

As mentioned before the ToL doesn't proc beyond the first heal if the same target is healed with FH.

Current state cast sequence example:

FH Target 1 > Target 1 healed
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, Target 1 healed via ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, no healing from ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, no healing from ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, no healing from ToL
FH Target 2 > Target 2 healed, no healing from ToL

The ToL heal occurs in the exact time frame. Also the mastery buff being reapplied was mentioned for a reason since only direct healing spells can trigger the effect, while you can see which targets were primary healed in the top left (addon) and with the mouse-over macros/cast bar (mastery can't proc from itself).

I assume you didn't watch the whole video. Few other instances where it occurs:
@7:50 - FH on druid, @8:12 FH on tank
@9:57 - FH on druid, @10:05 3x FH on rogue (easier to see since they go out of combat)
