Bug description: Channeled spells like Mind Flay, Drain Soul and so on have one problem. When you recast, for example, Mind Flay while casting Mind Flay, all remaining ticks should be in the next Mind Flay. This system should work on all channeled spells.
Proof: test it on official servers

hello, i tested this on retail 7.3.5, its true, at 2 cast of mind flay ( on, 2 tick the other 4) and i got 8 hits. on freakz i tested the same way and ai got 6 hits.
CONFIRMED!!

Confirmed. According to MrRobot channeling spells can have pandemic flag.
