[Priest][Shadow] Power Infusion Vs. Void Eruption

Bug description: When not in void form, Power Infusion aura visually reduces cost of Void Eruption by 20% on client side. This causes client sided addons like "Power Auras Classic", "Tell me when", etc. wrongfully detect Void Eruption as "usable".
Proof: I believe "Effect #1" (intended for Discipline spec) is being applied for Shadow spec which interacts with Void Eruption incorrectly.
