[Priest][Shadow] T19 4P Vs. GCD

Bug description: After casting Void Eruption, Void Bolt ability goes on a global cooldown. While wearing T19 4P Void bolt should not go on global cooldown after casting Void Eruption. You should be able to insta-cast Void Bolt after Void Eruption while under effect of T19 4P.
Proof: This results in a huge damage loss, not just because of a global cooldown but because of a messed up rotation.

Indeed really strange that it gets GCD.
So you do more dps if you fit a MB or refresh one of your dots at this point if we assume it not being fixed until 7.2.5.

There is no use fixing it in 7.2.5 as the bonus effect is going to be nerfed down to 2 seconds.

As we still have at least 2 months to go, I really hope this gets fixed ASAP.
I cannot believe that nobody has reported this before, I mean, c'mon the NH content has been out for more than half a year, the set pieces have been available to top players even longer than that,
It just baffles me that it took me to get T19 last week on an alt priest to immediately notice it.

There's been a post mentioning this in the past but I'll confirm this and hopefully devs have time to fix it before 7.2.5.
