Bug description: Occasionally, when Mind Bomb detonates, its target (if debuffed by both Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch) will have the Vampiric Touch debuff removed. Bug seems sporadic, sometimes it may happen and sometimes it may not. From limited testing, it seems that if the Mind Bomb detonation hits multiple targets (and if ALL are affected by SW:P AND Vampiric Touch), the bug will not occur. Happens most often when Mind Bomb hits ONE target affected by SW:P and VT.

Proof: Due to sporadic nature and many variables to this bug, it seems pointless to upload so many screenshots.

I've played Spriest for about a year in freakz and never noticed this. Also since you don't post proof I'll have to test it on a dummy / player by spamming mind bomb on a dotted target.
I'll update this later today. Please post a video if you manage to reproduce it

It does indeed happen sometimes.
And the "Happens most often when Mind Bomb hits ONE target affected by SW:P and VT. " is correct.

Also, this isn't restricted to just Vampiric Touch. Mind Bomb is also removing other spells from the primary target.

For example, druid's Sunfire DoT.
