Descriere: Acest plugin lasa adminii sa deschida un chat privat celorlalti jucatori ! (jucatorii vorbesc intre ei fara ca adminii serverului sa vada) O data ce comanda este onn puteti folosi simplu Y pentru a putea vorbi intre voi !

Instalare:
1. Fisierul private_chat.amx il puneti in addons/amx/plugins
2. Fisiserul private_chat.sma il puneti in addons/amx/scripting
2. Intram in addons/amx/config/plugins.ini si adaugati la urma:
