Problem after buying a max level profession

Hi guys,
I've just bought from the store a max skill for a Profession, just to try. The problem is that now my "classic" level is not 300 but 150, and I can't level it further. I tried to level using a red recipe (100% to level) but nothing happened, still at 150. My goal is to learn "Plans: Sulfuron Hammer" but i need to gain level 300 to do that. How can I solve?

If someone can please answer me, i have spent 5$ on that. I'd like to now if i messed up or it's something I can fix
