Problem with voting

I have problems with voting i started playing on this server about month ago. According to gameplay i started to vote as well. Evrything was good until it wasnt xD
I was able to vote twice in 24 hours with evrything done properly.
Now i can vote once in 24 hours with the same actions i did before. The site tells me i can vote and i can click the icons but when i enter the first one option it tells me i have to w8 9 hours or more so do i
And only then i can vote.

I dont know what is wrong with it i m kinda annoyied cause i get the points 2x slower. My friends also have this problem. If any guys have the same problem please change the ammount of vote points to 10 from 5 or at least more than this 5 if u dont want to be such generous
