Am avut o problema asemanatore si cauza era lipsa unor fisiere din windows, dar nu mai tin exact care! Nu ai specificat ce windows ai!

Ai putea sa ai niste "buguri" in calculator,buguri importante.
Nu sunt sigur,dar fa un "scan" with antivirus in C:/ !!! S-ar putea sa gaseasca ceva bling pe acolo.
