Problema con el idioma, Error 134

Error 134 al cambiar el idioma al español, lo intente desde la carpeta WTF y dentro del juego y siempre tira el error, solo lo puedo jugar en el idioma por defecto.

Recuerdo hace algunos meses yo lo jugaba en español, solo que lo deje y al volver a instalarlo lastimosamente no se pudo cambiar el idioma.
