Probleme legate de arena

At least, delete 70% of the posts from here, just bullshits and random trash-talkers. Nothing is understandable here with all of this garbage.

We have the following infos:

http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1479788-Legendary-meta-gem ( Where a player said that it took 15 minutes to get 2 procs for the Capacitance Meta Gem. )
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/10160646427 ( Here we have the info that the Caster meta gem procs only once, in two minutes. )
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/10261856141 ( Someone saying that they proc 50% slower than in PvE. )

So, just my opinion about all of this:

DPS Meta gem: 2 procs / 10 ( or 15 min )
Caster Meta gem: 1 proc / 2 mins
Tank Meta gem ( ?? ): 1 proc / 2 mins ( I think it's better, because this one is the one that everyone is using the most. )
