Problems in dungeons and raids

Hello I have a problem and it is that every time I enter the dungeon or raids when I am inside, it expels me out of the dungeon. Any solution?

Try the following in order:
reset dungeons,
Unstuck ur character using our on-site tool,
and deleting ur cache. if all else fails please contact one of our gms ingame using the ticket system.
