[FIXED] [Protection][Consecration] Consecration buff goes away

Bug description: The buff that empowers some of your abilities when you cast consecration (as long as you stand in your consecration) goes away if you
cast another consecration while you already have on the ground and the first consecration ends. This can be avoided by only casting consecration after your previous one has ended, but it's kind of hard not to press consecration once you're used to refreshing it when theres nothing else to press.
Also, I can't remember the name of the buff consecration gives, but basically it increases the effectiveness of some of your abilities (Shield of the righteous, light of the protector, hammer of the righteous) giving Shield of the righteous more damage and damage reduction, hammer of the righteous aoe effect and light of the protector 20% more healing.

So:

1: I cast consecration, I get the buff.
2: Consecration comes off cooldown, my 1st consecration is still up and I cast 2nd consecration.
3: 1st consecration ends, I lose the buff even though 2nd consecration is still up.
4: I have to wait until 2nd consecration ends to get the buff again by casting new consecration (If I cast it right again, 1-3 repeat, and I lose alot of the buff time)

Proof: Hard to prove, even if I had recording software. I reckon it's not too hard to test though, with the artifact trait https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=209218&&name=consecration-in-flame your consecration cooldown is reduced enough to easily use 2nd. consecration before 1st. ends.[/b]

You don't need mobs to test this. Just use consecration anywhere and then again when it comes off cooldown.
