Purification of Quel'Delar.

Bug description: I got the battered hilt around 3 years ago, I tried to complete its quest line and got stuck at the quest known as "Purification of Quel'Delar. I opened plenty tickets back then hoping the quest would be fixed but till date it still isn't, this is my attempt at either asking for it to get a fix or for a gm to help me complete it. The bug is, When you take the quest, you are required to speak to one of the guards at the entrance of the dungeon "Sunwell Plateau" but in this case, there are no guards at the entrance, and therefor.... no way for you to get teleported to the sunwell... The proof i will be linking is a video from 2013... the video shows exactly what is happening to date, which is sad to know this quest has been bugged since then... Dear player,

Confirmed, you can go in the instance yourself. but can't get past brutallus(due to it not being scripted.) or get kil'jaeden to spawn.
Rendering the quest uncompleteable

So is it not possible to complete the quest? Ifso, is it possible for a gm to help me complete the quest in-game?
