[PvE] [Dungeon] M+ Bosses AA

Bug description: Bosses in m+ seem to do really low damage with AA.

// Since the damage taken is dependant on like every variable in the game I might be horribly wrong.

Proof:
// Our run was 2 chest with pala tank and I tried to find the most relevant log from retail.
This is damage taken on retail from Hymdall +16 Bolstering/Skittish/Fortified

The fight lasted 73 seconds.
Boss did 27 hits to the tank averaging 524k.

The fight lasted 65 seconds.
Our tank parried 6 AA and blocked 4 (blocked 174k damage)
He also had 55% uptime on SotR

Assuming the boss has 2sec attack speed and spent 10% of time casting this gives us: (65 * 0,9) / 2 = ~29 AA
Subtracting the parried hits this gives us 23 AA.

1640627 / 23 = ~71 331 damage per one AA.

Even if both paladins were completely differently geared, with different talents and different uptime on damage reductions the 71k avg is nowhere near the 524k from retail.

I think this is general issue not tied to just this one boss, but again, even this proof is based on some assumption and can be off by a mile.
