[PvE][Raid] Grand-Magistrix Elisande: Arancetic ring Vs. Postone (Slow bubble)

Bug description: When Arcanetic rings meet the blue bubble they should slow down, by a low. On Felsong realm they do not slow enough compared to other realms, like Twisting Nether for example.

How it's designed to be (Twisting Nether realm) - the rest of the ring comes back before the slowed orbs manage to even cross the blue bubble:

Might be some minor difference , the rings move slow enough to be easily dodged . This shouldn't be of much importance since Freakz will be going on next patch relatively soon .

This is still the prime content for many progression guilds on Felsong realm.
At first we also though it's just a minor thing, but we believe that this discrepancy has huge consequences in how the Arcanetic rings move on the battlefield in general and causes a lot of issues later in the fight.
Especially on Mythic difficulty where the rings stay on the field for much longer duration of time and they travel through the bubbles twice.
