Unstable Decay's 2nd part ''when the effect expires or is removed, the decay erupts violently inflicting 345624 Plague damage to all enemies within 10 yards knocking them back.'' doesn't work, so currently it's just a dot that no one cares about.

Nythendra (NM/HC)
Patches of Infested Ground don't move during Heart of the Swarm phase, they just magically disappear after the phase ends.
Infested Breath isn't random, only targets the tank and during the initial 3 second cast, Nythendra can be rotated by the targeted tank.
