[PvP] [PvE] [Class] [AoE] World PvP triggers not fixed yet

Dear colleagues and players,

Recently I had a chat with a not-so-helping GM who was assuring me that the World PvP triggering (while with turned off status) is completely fixed. Of course it isn't.
Here are some examples:

WoW Freakz spell links:

Mark of Blood [Death Knight]: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=206940&&name=mark-of-blood; (When a target, that's being attacked by players from both factions, attacks any player who has PvP state on, the caster of this ability gets their PvP state turned on too) ;

Bug description: These spells still trigger your PvP status if you cast them (most probably if you are the target of them, too!).
Usually, to whoever does not understand this, any spells like these can not and should not affect any targets that have their PvP status turned ON.
For example if you wanna help someone doing a battle in PvP and you wanna heal them, the only way to cast a spell on them is to turn your PvP status on too.
I hope the developers AND the online 'game masters' would understand this.
Only then the whole thing will be fixed.

Proof: I do not have the option to spend a few minutes doing a video or something but it can easily be checked ingame.
