5.1) In-game support : GM's? I need to know exactly how many we will be in.
5.2) I have no ideea if we will have a specific section on the forum with dedicated topics as: Regulation ; Awards ; Open Discussions ; Brackets (we will have to keep a PERFECT TRACK of who played, when, if they won or not) ; Extra ; so on.
5.3) Extra : Keeping the audience engaged is a must, so -> I have in mind the idea of making a topic-poll where you can choose (predict) who will win. If at the end of the tournament you are between those who made the good call, you are forwarded automatically into a random draft where you can win 1 Epic Mount.


P.S. Between 4.) and 5.) we have around 24hours to post a valid bracket -> to decide what GM takes care of each game. We still have to decide how we will work it around. Based on number of GM's, number of teams and the program of the games (date ; hours).

"We know that some of you can't be all the time online, so this tournament will be done in phases, First phase will have place on 02/02/2016 (8 teams)" Leaders of the team PM me if you can participate at first phase" And they can send you a private PM, first 8 teams will play on that date (02/02/2016), then you can announce another phase in 2-3 days, or better, list all of the "phases" before the sign up, so they can know when they should have time to play, and how they can organize their time.

This is the set of rules I've come up with (after reading some Battle.net threads):

• The first phases will be best-of-three elimination style, only the semifinals and finals are best-of-five.
  
• NO class stacking (i.e. double DK, double rogue, etc.);
  
• NO double healer teams;
  
• NO PvE Trinkets/Gear are. Only PvP gear is allowed!
  
• Disconnects that occur in the first 45 seconds of a match will be replayed, anything thereafter is fair game;
  
• The first match will always take place on Nagrand Arena, afterwards the loser will pick the map;
  
• If your team is more than 5 minutes late, we will move on without you, no matter the reason!

@Ventress90 I believe we should allow class stacking. The only banned compositions should be: Double BM Monk, Double Feral & Double Healer teams.

This is what I came up with:

• You have to be online at the specified time else you will be disqualified.
  
• You can participate with a team of 3 members - 2 participants and 1 backup player. The rewards will be given to only 2 players per team - the participating once. In case you had to use backup then the one participating in all matches is receiving rewards + either the original player or the backup.
  
• You are only allowed to use PvP gear and PvP gear only. There is no restrictions when it comes to gems/enchants.
  
• Using exploits/cheats/hacks will get you disqualified and most likely banned (ban range will depend on the severity of what you did).
  
• If a game last more then 10 minutes it will be called a draw and both teams will get a point.
  
• The match system will be 2 out of 3 except for the finals & semi-finals where we will play 3 out of 5.
  
• The first played arena will be Nagrand and the loser picks the next arena.
  
• The games aren't going to be replayed unless:

- There is a huge lag/crash with the server.
- Client server errors announced by one of the teams BEFORE match starts.
- Any other special condition which GMs thinks should be replayed.
