[Quest Items] Dropping without quest.

Bug description: Currently it seems like quest items are dropping off mobs even if you don't have the respected quest for them.

As you can see these quest items have nothing to do with my 2 quests,

Still an ongoing issue daily we have to manually delete these to free up space in our bags. You can see more proof of it here.
