Bug description: After completing the quest A Cry from Darkness another quest in Soggy's Gamble should appear that will start the anglers quest chain well it doesn't appear at all sadly and you cant proceed with the anglers quest chain

as you can see it shows in the map but when you go the npc that should give you the quest well she doesn't show any quest
