Bug description: Pelagos is supposed to run up to your character when you enter the Chalice District of Revendreth and offer the quest as part of a 3 quest chain, even having turned the other 2 quests in he does not show up anywhere to offer it, and where he is located inside the castle rampart, he does not offer the quest there either.
