WoW Freakz link: database is down

Bug description: the quest Riding the Skies in jade forest, pandaren doesn't work. I have tried it separately 5 times with different characters. There is supposed to be a skippable cinematic then the quest completes. I am at the correct location but the quest giver question mark is grey. I don't want to spend 3k separately to buy the mounts from the Order of the Cloud Serpent quartermaster when I've worked hard to get exalted reputation with them.
Please do something about it soon.

Proof: the quest just doesn't work!
