[DUPLICATE] [Quest] Rocco needs a shave

Bug description: The pet that has to be battled with doesn't appear, therefore you can't battle and complete the quest
Proof: Check in the game, it's already been reported at least once as a bug.

I'd like to stress how much this quest needs fixing for a couple of reasons.

#1 This is a main quest for pet battles, unlike most of the other ones it's required for an achievement.

#2 the achievement this quest is required for gives an item that can only be gotten with this achievement.

#3 the item that this quest gives is not found in the vote store anywhere, and it's the only one of it's kind, it raises the pets allowed cap from 1000 to 1500.

THIS IS NOT LOW PRIORITY.

If it's already reported once as a bug, then there is no need to report it once more. You are saying that it's not a low priority and yet you reported it in the section "Low priority / visual bugs - Misc". There is a section for "Quest bugs".
