Character name: Steamwheedle Rescue Balloon, Steamwheedle Survivor, Southsea Blockader, Steamwheedle Survivor Credit Bunny
Bug description: You can't hop in the Steamwheedle Rescue Balloon to do the quest. You CAN kill the Southsea Blockaders, they will give you credits, just need to fly out there. But you can't recuse those Steamwheedle Survivors.
